De Unie has regular periodic consultations with NN. We discuss the state of affairs at the company, such as reorganizations and the operating result. We discuss the elaboration of the collective labor agreement and prepare the next collective labor agreement.

The periodic consultation of October 11, 2023 was relatively short. The focus of collective labor agreement parties is currently on collective labor agreement negotiations.
We did discuss NN's policy intention to outsource Closed Book activities. With outsourcing, employees usually go with their work to the outsourcing partner and compulsory redundancies are also possible. Although this policy is not yet final, many of the colleagues involved are concerned about their jobs and their prospects at NN.
De Unie has agreed with NN that this subject will be placed on the agenda again in the next periodic consultation. The next periodic consultation will be on November 22, 2023.
Activities De Unie
De Unie tries to assist members in various ways. Collectively by negotiating the social plan. Individually, members who are in danger of becoming redundant can appeal to the lawyers of De Unie. De Unie also believes it is important that members can develop, and we also offer our members help with this.
Invitation to social plan membership meeting
De Unie is organizing an employee meeting about the social plan on Wednesday, October 18, 2023. In the context of the collective labor agreement negotiations, NN wants to bring the social plan in line with the social plans at comparable companies. This will not be a positive development. The members have received an invitation to participate in the online meeting.
