On 14 September 2023, collective bargaining will start on the new collective labor agreement. We would like to realize the NN Collective Labor Agreement 2024 in good time. The last consultation date is November 30, 2023.
Preparation of collective bargaining consultations
For the preparation of these negotiations has De Unie conducted a survey among NN employees and members put forward their most important topics through member meetings. A draft proposal letter was then drawn up in consultation with the executives.

Ordered before De Unie Member support is important. If we cannot come to an agreement in good consultation with the employer, we will go back to the members. Then the question will be what you can and want to do to convince NN to agree to the collective labor agreement proposals of De Unie. Do you agree with this proposal letter? The members have received an invitation to respond until the latest Wednesday, September 6, 2023.
Periodic consultations
A short periodic consultation was held on 19 July 2023. NN gave a presentation on the policy with regard to external hiring and a presentation on the efforts to hire employees who are at a distance from the labor market (in the context of the Participation Act). Both topics are substantively thorough and well thought out. We also discussed merging part of ABN AMRO Insurance's activities to the Rotterdam location. Many colleagues leave as a result of this integration because the travel distance from Zwolle to Rotterdam is too great. The next periodic consultation is on August 30, 2023.
