De Unie has conducted a relevance and satisfaction survey into the employment conditions at NN Group. In this survey, members indicated that their position was not classified at the correct level. More than 100 respondents signaled this problem.
Further research needed
This has been discussed with NN in a general sense. NN is willing to cooperate in a further investigation. (This is not a promise that there will be a solution, but it is a start). In order to take the next step in the investigation, I want Inge de Vries, a representative at NN, to map out which positions this concerns, and then how the interview can be conducted with the employer.
Additional information
The first step is to select the positions in which larger groups of employees indicate that the position classification is not correct in their opinion. That is why the members have received a newsletter containing a link to the questionnaire in which we ask you to provide your position, your job family and the corresponding Haylevel (8 to 22). De Unie assumes that NN will want to talk to employees about their classification. That is why the questionnaire asks whether we may pass on your name to the discussion partners at NN.
