We recently negotiated a new collective labor agreement with Holland Casino. This resulted in a negotiation result last week. Holland Casino and both trade unions have informed the employees about this.
The texts of this negotiating result still need to be worked out. When the formulations are right, will De Unie submit the result to the members who have the last word. If the majority votes in favour, the result will be converted into a new collective agreement.
Main points in a row
Wage and term:
- As of October 1, 2023: 3,5% increase and € 60
- As of January 1, 2024: 2,5%
- As of July 1, 2024: 2%
- As of January 1, 2025: 1,75%
The collective labor agreement runs from October 1, 2023 to March 31, 2025.
In addition, other appointments:
- Employees with a 24/7 schedule are reimbursed 04.00% for the hours between 07.00 a.m. and 100 a.m.
- Extension of the compensation for travel expenses from the social plan (Horizon) during the collective labor agreement period
- Additional agreements regarding RVU
- Possibility to save leave
