In the past period we have regularly discussed the start-up times and closing times after the queue ends. We were able to make an appointment for this at a time.

Time-for-time arrangement after the end of the work schedule
This concerns the time you occasionally work extra time before your schedule ends and after your schedule ends. There are no instructions to start your work earlier. But in practice it does happen that you start your working hours earlier. Then that is officially not working time. But we have still included this in the new agreements. After the work schedule ends, there may be a queue, which means you occasionally stop working later than your schedule. We have now been able to make agreements about this in the form of an additional leave balance, the time-for-time arrangement after the end of the work schedule.
One-time compensation time for time
Because this may have also occurred in the previous period, we have been able to agree on a one-off compensation. For the period May 1, 2022 to January 1, 2024, you will receive a one-off 32 hours of compensation retroactively. (In proportion to your working hours and length of employment). These agreements also apply to temporary workers.
Time for time compensation from January 1, 2024
From January 1, 2024, everyone will receive 20 hours of compensation in time, per year, as an additional leave balance. You cannot cash this out. (In proportion to your working hours and length of employment). These agreements also apply to temporary workers.
To vote
We spoke long and hard with the bank to reach an agreement. We have succeeded in this and ask the members to cast their votes. They have received an invitation to vote until February 12, 2024 – 12.00:XNUMX noon.
