This week marked the kick-off of negotiations for a new collective labor agreement. The social plan was also discussed. The executives who participated at the table and the executives who took a seat in the side room were present during the negotiations.
CLA proposals
In this first consultation, all unions and the bank explained their proposals to each other. It is a long list of topics that we want to discuss in the near future.
All parties consider wages to be a very important issue. The bank also indicates this. That is why we asked the bank in this first consultation how they view wages and what they are thinking about. We have not received an answer to that yet. We would like to put this on the agenda again next time, because we would like more clarity about this.
Social plan
The bank also wants to discuss the social plan. We have indicated that we wish to extend the social plan unchanged. This week we will also discuss pensions further.
Continuation
This week we will prepare the follow-up agenda in which we want to discuss the more material topics. The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 14.
