On 30 June 2023, the term of office of the members of the current Accountability Body (VO) of ABN AMRO Pension Fund will end. The elections for a new VO, with a term for members on behalf of the pensioners from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2027, will be held from 10 April to 24 April.
Do you have a positive-critical attitude and knowledge of and interest in pensions? Are you prepared to acquire the knowledge you lack about everything that is necessary for the proper performance of the tasks of the VO? And do you have enough time or can you free up enough time for membership in the VO?

The role and responsibilities of the Accountability Body lie in three areas:
- The Board is accountable to the Accountability Body for the policy and the way in which it has been implemented. The Accountability Body gives an annual opinion on this on the basis of the management report, the annual accounts and other information, including the report of the Non-Executive Directors (NUB) who supervise. This opinion, together with the Board's response to it, is announced and added to the board's report.
- The Accountability Body supervises the balanced weighing of interests. The Board is responsible for a balanced consideration of interests in all its decisions.
- The Accountability Body has a number of advisory tasks. These are in the Statutes (Article 20).
