We have promised the employees to explain ABN AMRO's wage offer in more detail. We have incorporated the questions we received about this into our video. You can watch the video here to look at. We will tell you more about the collective pay increase, the current system in which assessment and reward are linked, the proposed fixed periodic increase and the proposed appreciation premium.
