Negotiations for the new collective labor agreement will start at the end of January 2024. Part of our preparations is that we want to know from our members what needs to change in the current collective labor agreement.

Leave poll results
Last week we asked our members to complete a poll about leave. Fortunately, this has been done en masse. Thanks for that.
When asked whether there are enough leave hours, half say too little, and a third say enough.
There is considerable division as to which form of leave people consider most important. generation leave and care leave are mentioned equally. Child-related leave is slightly less popular.
Fortunately, almost everyone manages to get leave when necessary. Unfortunately, a very small group has more difficulty.
Ample use has been made of the open field for comments. It has often been stated that salary development should be the most important in the coming negotiations. Yet there are also many colleagues who say that buying extra leave hurts their wallet. To such an extent that many refrain from doing so.
Poll wages
This time we ask you three questions about wages. We will use the input again to determine our proposals for the new collective labor agreement. (The poll has now closed).
Continuation
In our next message we will ask members about the reimbursements. You will also see the results of the poll about wages. Together with the members, we are developing our proposals for the new ABN AMRO collective labor agreement.
Always be the first to know! Register immediately for our WhatsApp group “De Unie for ABN-AMRO”, we will also keep you directly informed of the latest news in this way. Registering is very easy.
