The collective labor agreement of a.s.r. and Aegon's Mid-Term Transition Protocol expires next year. On July 1, 2024, we need a new collective labor agreement that will apply to everyone. For De Unie this is a reason to come up with a good commitment letter together with you.
Together with the framework group, we already have a number of topics that we are thinking about. In addition to a structural wage increase, we are considering a sustainable working arrangement, adapting special leave to the Transition Protocol and a relocation scheme. And we would like to hear the findings from the research that a.s.r. will move towards a new job and salary structure for the new combined organization.
The power of a good commitment letter is partly determined by the involvement of the members. So input is important. We would like to know from members what they consider important. After all, these are your employment conditions.

The response period is open until January 10, 2024. The representative will then work with the executives to process the input in the commitment letter with which we enter into the negotiations.
