Emanuel Geurts, on behalf of De Unie Negotiated for our members for a new collective labor agreement from March 2020 and informed the members of the progress after each round of negotiations. Partly due to the feedback we received, we reached a negotiation result on Wednesday 3 March 2021 about a new collective labor agreement for Rabobank and Obvion. Below I will explain a number of things negotiation result toe.

Compared to the proposals on the collective labor agreement table in December 2020, a number of things have really improved.
- For example, there is now a two-year collective labor agreement with three structural increases
- A good homeworking allowance
- Has the personal training budget and the compensation for development been increased in your own time?
Furthermore, after the announcement of the reduction of 5000 FTEs for the coming years, the agreements already made for the social plan and voluntary severance scheme have been extended by an extra year.
With this entire package, we believe that the most important topics have been given a place on the basis of the points collected from the staff. Not always exactly as we would have liked it ideally, but given the circumstances an appropriate and excellent package of employment conditions.
Stemming
De Unie is satisfied with the negotiation result achieved for the new collective labor agreement, which is now before you vote. You can vote until Monday 22 March 2021. As soon as there is a positive result, the agreements will be converted into a new CLA text with effective date 1 January 2021.
