Resumption of consultations
ASML resumed consultations with the trade unions on Tuesday 6 April 2021. We have made an initial exploration of a possible process that will enable parties to initiate discussions about employment conditions. The consultation was constructive, everyone had the space to express their vision. Because it was a first exploration, it has been agreed not to communicate substantively. After all, the conversation is still going on.

How does it go on?
We will have a follow-up meeting on April 19, 2021. The parties will then continue to exchange ideas about the process. We are optimistic about these steps.
