In negotiations you have to make compromises. On some subjects, I, advocate Inge de Vries, would have liked the agreements to be different. For example, the salary increase of 2,5% is just below the inflation correction. We tried for a long time to come out higher, but this was not possible for the employer's delegation.

We would also have liked to have made more concrete agreements about the compensation for working from home. However, this was not possible because employers wanted to agree on the amount of the allowances with their own works council. We do, however, provide guidelines in the collective labor agreement for these decentralized agreements.

On the other hand

  • You get an extra day off, this is also worth money;
  • We have been able to agree on an RVU (voluntary early retirement) scheme;
  • the supplements to the payment for birth leave and parental leave are good results.

De Unie presents the result to the members in a neutral manner. For some members this will be a good result, for others it may not. Members have been invited to vote.
