With a large majority, the members of De Unie agreed to a new collective labor agreement and social plan. This means that there is a first Athora collective labor agreement and social plan with a term until December 31, 2023. This offers employees security and perspective for the coming years. The extension of the social plan also provides peace and clarity in these turbulent times.

Outline agreements
The full text will be worked out in the near future. The social plan will be converted into the Athora format as soon as possible. For now you can edit the text of the negotiation outcome here find.
Pension scheme
In the coming months, we will regularly discuss a new pension scheme for 2022. We will hold de Uniemembers of this.
