There was very limited response to our request of October 5, 2023 to request input on topics for the 2024 collective labor agreement at OCI.
From the only response we received, I can conclude that:
- Retaining days of leave is considered important.
- That the social plan must remain intact.
- As far as the structural wage increase is concerned, people are satisfied if it can keep pace with inflation (We ask for inflation +1%, which also gives us some room for maneuver).
The standard is that we assume a term of 1 year.
