Questions about pension
There appear to be various questions among the members of De Unie, both about the current scheme, about the Future Pensions Act (Wtp) and about the negotiations for the new pension scheme. We will cover these topics in the webinar of June 20, 2023. In addition, there will be as much space as possible to answer your questions.
Importance of retirement
Your pension is your second most expensive employment condition. For many people it is still a long way off, but your pension accrual now determines how comfortably you can retire later, and that applies to all generations. The Wtp requires an adjustment to your pension scheme, and we must make this adjustment carefully. Before the new pension scheme is in place, several choices have to be made.
