Preparing pension negotiations
De Unie organized a first knowledge session for members on February 26, 2024. This session was about the topic of contract choice. The collective labor agreement parties must decide whether the new pension scheme will be based on a flexible premium scheme or a solidarity-based premium scheme. We have explained the differences between the two schemes in this knowledge session. The pension steering group (trade unions and employer) has now completed preparations to investigate the quantitative differences between the flexible contribution scheme and the solidarity contribution schemes.
