The new pension law means that we have to adjust the current pension scheme together with ING. The impact of the necessary adjustments will be very large on employees, former employees and pensioners at ING.
Retirement is complicated
Many members find the subject of pensions complicated. And frankly, they are right about that. Nevertheless, members are soon expected to express their views on important decisions that could have a major impact on their pensions. It is on De Unie to make it understandable to members.
Kick-off pension webinars
On 20 and 28 June we organized our first pension webinars. The webinars were intended as an introduction to the new pension law and the existing ING pension scheme. Several hundred members participated, thank you! For those who were unable to participate live, we now offer the opportunity to look back. Use it to your advantage!
How further?
We will be organizing pension webinars more often in the coming period. We then discuss topics such as boarding, the two ING pension funds, flexible and solidarity-based premium scheme, compensation and the survivor's pension. Participants can ask questions during the webinars that we answer immediately. Of course you will also continue to receive information via our member letters.
