Agreements for the transition from DSM Pension Services (DPS) to Pension Fund DSM Nederland (PDN)
The only adjustment compared to the version previously sent to members is that the collective labor agreement is indeed valid until October 1, 2024. This has been processed. No further comments or comments were received. In a formal sense, this is the final offer.
Stemming
The members have received an invitation to vote on this final offer. As soon as the results are known, we will inform the members and DSM.
Collective Labor Agreement for DSM Pension Services 2024-2025
Until October 1, 2024, you will still be covered by DSM's old, familiar collective labor agreement. A collective labor agreement that has been pushed, pulled, refined and changed for approximately 120 years. As of October 1, 2024, DSM Pension Services will have its own collective labor agreement for the first time. We will have to discuss this with the employer. The largest possible support base is needed for that consultation. Point out the importance of this to your colleague who is not yet organized.
