On July 9, 2021 De Unie reached a negotiated result with CZ about a new social plan. Negotiations have lasted quite some time. In particular, we discussed the termination fee for a long time.

De Unie wanted to stick to the wording of the termination fee as it was set in 2019. This was not acceptable to CZ. We did manage to agree on a long term of four years.
Stemming
The negotiation result is first presented to the members. After all, the members determine whether the social plan is actually established.
The parties still need some time to determine the text of the negotiating agreement. When the text is ready, you will receive from De Unie a message containing the negotiation agreement and a voting form. We will then observe a wide voting period because many members will take their holidays in the coming weeks.
