Bosch Transmission is accelerating the move of CVT production to Vietnam. That is why a reorganization will be implemented in 2023 and 2024 in which jobs with forced redundancies will be eliminated. As a union De Unie we will map out the consequences of this reorganization together with your works council (OR) as soon as possible. This is of course subject to the proviso that the Works Council can endorse the usefulness and necessity of the reorganization plan.
If that is the case, you will need support for reassignment, dismissal and finding another job. That is why we are going to discuss with Bosch whether they want to compensate for the consequences of reassignment or dismissal with a good social plan. The first meeting with the management is scheduled for Wednesday, June 7, 2023.
We first want to discuss with the employees what is important in this organization and what is acceptable to them in the redundancy plan. The members have received an invitation to a joint session on June 5, 2023 at 14.30:XNUMX p.m. in the Bosch company canteen.
This meeting will take place during working hours. This day and time are agreed in consultation with the employer.
