We have reached what we believe is a defensible negotiating result with the VACO about your Collective Labor Agreement Tires and Wheels. Now we would like to know whether you agree with this. Despite the high inflation figures and our previous wishes, we nevertheless present this negotiating result to the members with a positive voting recommendation. They have until January 10, 2023 the time to cast your vote. You can here read the full negotiation result, but the main points below.

Loon
Wages will be structurally increased by a total of 15% over a period of 9 months and you will also receive an additional increase of € 60 per month during the term of this collective agreement.
Youth scales
The wage scales for young people will be adjusted so that, for example, an 18-year-old will receive the wages of a 19-year-old. See the negotiation result for the total effect.
Travel expenses
We have made an agreement that everyone who commutes between 10 and 25 km will receive an allowance equal to the fiscal maximum.
Generation pact scheme
The current arrangement for the 80/90/100 and the 60/80/100 arrangement will be continued. Incidentally, a calculation tool will still be made to give you insight into what the net benefit will be for you.
All this and the situation the industry is in, this is a defensible result for us. But in the end you decide whether you think it's enough.
