In the past period we have had many and intensive consultations with Astellas for a new collective labor agreement. After the last member meeting, Astellas has come up with a new salary offer.
Salary
The employer needed some time to come up with a structural wage increase. The wage offer is 8,5% scale 1 to 11 (GlobalGrade 6 to 16) structurally for one year with retroactive effect from 1 April 2023. We are satisfied with this result. With this improved offer, Astellas has also indicated that it is no longer available.
Social plan
The current redundancy plan will be extended unchanged from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025 at the latest.
Cast your vote
The members have received an invitation to vote until June 12, 2023. We are satisfied with the wage offer and that the social plan has been continued unchanged.
