Will you be our new member of staff? We are looking for members to join our executive group. In the coming period we will negotiate with the bank about the pension scheme and the next collective labor agreement. A solid executive group is then very important.
CLA negotiations
In 2022 we negotiated a new collective labor agreement. In the end, we settled with the bank. You voted in favor of the result by a large majority. Meanwhile, we are one year further. As far as we are concerned, we will soon start negotiations that should lead to a new collective labor agreement in mid-2024. Do you want to be part of those negotiations? Pension scheme
The new Future Pensions Act (wtf) means that we have to agree on a new pension scheme with the bank. Your pension scheme is a very costly employment condition, which therefore deserves the full attention of the employees.
Executive group
Our executive group has a special role, as it is in fact the representation of all our members at ABN AMRO. In normal times they are sparring partners and our eyes and ears in the organisation. In negotiations, the group is our first sounding board and some members participate directly in the negotiations. The current group consists of colleagues who work in different parts of the bank.

An executive is a member of De Unie and is interested in employment conditions and how they are created. As an executive, you meet a number of times a year with the executive group. You then discuss important topics that are important within the bank. In particular, matters with an employment condition character are discussed. As an executive, the bank gives you time to properly fulfill your role.
If you are not yet a member of De Unie you can now join for free (ABN-AMRO: Become a member for free! – De Unie) become. We have made agreements with the bank so that the first year of membership of De Unie paid directly by the bank. The bank considers it important that employees are represented professionally when it comes to their terms of employment.
