De Unie has asked members to give their opinion on the social plan and on the Transition Works Plan (OWP).
Large majority
A large majority of members are positive about both schemes. The vote on the OWP was almost unanimously in favor. Approximately 95% voted in favor of the social plan.
As far as De Unie is concerned, an agreement has been reached on both the social plan and OWP. I have informed ING and the other trade unions of this. And asked to establish the official documents as quickly as possible so that we can publish the new social plan and the new OWP.
