What are the negotiations about?
We would like to hear the opinions of our members on this matter. In the first two surveys, we asked members questions about workload, and about the incremental increase, the discretionary increase, and the increase when promoted within or outside the current job scale. You can fill out the new De Unie survey here until 16 August 2024, 12.00 p.m. This survey is about training and development.
Importance of Training and Development
Training and development are important terms of employment in the CLA. To maintain job prospects, both within and outside of ING, it is essential to continuously work on your employability. Does ING provide the training and development opportunities you need? The CLA should include terms of employment that suit the employees. The CLA should work for you.
