Negotiations for the new ING CLA have started. Important CLA negotiations, in which De Unie wants to achieve a lot in the field of salary and grade increase.
Report September 23
On this first day of the negotiations, all parties explained their own proposal letters. The parties to the CLA have asked each other extensive questions to really understand the other’s proposals. We also took the time to make process agreements and good communication agreements with each other.
Position of De Unie
De Unie has emphasized that the purchasing power development of ING employees lags considerably behind that of other employees in the Netherlands. De Unie aims to eliminate this gap. This requires a catch-up indexation that is structurally incorporated into the salaries.
