September 23th is the start date of the negotiations for your next CLA. De Unie will conduct these negotiations on your behalf. That is why we believe it is important to discuss the stakes for the negotiations with you in advance. We started by researching how our members (and their ING colleagues) think about a number of important employment conditions. We have reported the results of these surveys to you in our newsletters. You can read this here, here and here. These surveys have provided valuable information for our proposal letter and to strengthen our arguments in the consultation with ING.
