Have you been informed that you are losing your job? Then you can contact our lawyers for a review of your settlement agreement (VSO) and the calculation of your severance pay. Would you like to make use of this? If so, please send the necessary documents as soon as possible, preferably this week, to sc@unie.nl so that our legal team can assist you in a timely manner. Alongside your VSO, please send a copy of your employment contract and the latest payslips, also stating your name and employer.
Our legal experts can also assist you with other questions concerning matters such as unemployment benefit, disputes with your employer, and so on.
