The majority of members of De Unie and the other trade unions have approved the new regulations manual (Navigator) for Fokker Techniek and Fokker Services. We made a further textual amendment last week. This has now been incorporated into the Navigator. On Tuesday 18 July 2023, we signed the new Navigator.

Regular consultation
A few times a year, we meet with the employer for regular consultations with the staff unions. In these meetings, we discuss the current status of Fokker Services Group (FSG) and go over any specific points that we or the employer wish to raise. On Tuesday 18 July 2023, we had a regular consultation.
We had one special item on the agenda. Namely, the final version of the regulations book, the Navigator. Once we had established that FSG had adopted our last text proposal in its entirety, we were able to proceed with the signing of the Navigator.
Roland van Dijk's business update gave us a good feeling. Roland went through all the components of FSG. Our conclusion from this is that FSG is doing quite well. Turnover and profit are good. FSG is also able to continue investing in the company. Fortunately, this is very different to the tone a few years ago.
We also extensively discussed the many vacancies that are still open, the recruitment of new staff, and FSG's contacts with schools to get young people interested in an internship or job at FSG. We exchanged some ideas on how to further recruit new employees.
Roland also told us about the engagement survey that was recently conducted among the employees. The results are not yet known. We will discuss these results in our next regular meeting.
After this next regular consultation, we will inform the members again.
