Some time ago, all trade unions at Philips launched a petition to convince the employer that Philips employees expect a better offer for a new collective labour agreement than what has been offered so far.

On 30 October, the collective labour agreement negotiators from the four trade unions, along with some union representatives, will hand over the petition to the employer. Karin Middelburg and Hans Schelbergen will accept it on behalf of Philips.
During the negotiations, we will strongly bring the employees' demands to the employer's attention again. We will ask Philips to come up with a better offer as soon as possible, so that we can quickly negotiate a new collective labour agreement that you are entitled to.
We will inform the members of the outcome of this handover and the further progress of the collective labour agreement process as soon as possible.
