At the invitation for the members’ meetings, the members received the final offer. OCI Nitrogen has now distributed an adapted version of this final offer. This does not involve any substantive changes to the final offer. Only a clarification has been included regarding the possible benefits related to cost savings. Long voice range
We believe it is important that each member has sufficient opportunity to make an informed choice. Our members have received a message to vote until October 25, 2026.
What happens after the vote?
Does the majority vote in favor? Then the final offer is converted into a new collective agreement and the De Unie negotiations are concluded.
Does the majority vote against it?
Then the final offer De Unie will not be accepted and a new situation will arise. Then the members will have to deliberate together on the next steps.
A dissenting vote means more than just rejecting the final offer. You are therefore choosing a follow-up process whose outcome is not predetermined in advance. Which follow-up steps are appropriate depends on the situation at that moment and on the support among our members. After the voting has closed, we will inform our members about this.
