On 26 August 2026, the second day of negotiations for a new MITT collective labour agreement took place. The parties had an extensive exchange of views on, on the one hand, the conditions regarding the early retirement scheme (RVU) and, on the other hand, how this should be included in the collective labour agreement. Discussions on this matter will be continued at a later date.

Next Steps The next negotiation session is scheduled for 5 October. We will then continue discussions on the remaining topics that are on the negotiating table.
