Revised final offer Ebert HERA
As stated during the members’ meeting, we as a trade union cannot do anything but call on our members to take new actions when no official response from the employer is sent to the trade unions.
Op October 1, 2026 However, Ebert has a HERA revise final offer Done for a new collective agreement. In substance, this proposal contains few new elements compared to what was already known, but the difference is that it now concerns a formal final offer that has been officially submitted to the collective bargaining parties.
The final offer includes, among other things:
- A duration of 24 months;
- a structural salary increase of 2% per January 1st 2027;
- a one-time payment of 1 €,000 euros gross in November 2026;
- agreements regarding, among other things, the RVU-/BAOW scheme, communication and the bonus scheme.
Strikes temporarily suspended
The planned strikes have been suspended for the time being. Now that a formal final offer has been submitted, we believe it is important for the members themselves to decide whether this proposal is sufficient to end the campaign or whether further actions are necessary.
Therefore, we invite the members to a members’ meeting in which we explain the final offer, answer questions, and engage in discussions about the content of the proposal.

After the members' meeting, members with a Complete or Extra membership receive an invitation to a digital voting. The outcome of this vote will determine the stance of the trade unions regarding the revised final offer.
We are expecting a large turnout. Right now it is important that you make your voice heard. Together we will decide whether this final offer provides a sufficient basis for a new collective agreement or whether further actions are needed.
