The vote on the social plan at DocMorris has closed. The result is known.

Of the eligible members 44% voted. Of the votes cast,
- 58% front The social plan has been voted on;
- 42% against the social plan voted on.
A majority of the voting members have therefore approved the social plan. De Unie therefore regards the social plan as having been adopted.
We received a great many comments in the run-up to the vote. These were both positive and critical. The fact that a majority voted in favour of the social plan does not mean that De Unie is ignoring the comments and concerns of those who voted against it. We take the feedback we have received seriously and will discuss it in our consultations with DocMorris.
