In this update regarding the DocMorris collective labour agreement and social plan, you will read the latest status. Following the handover of the petition, discussions have continued. The talks about the collective labour agreement are ongoing and are proving difficult. It is not yet clear when there will be more clarity, though the expectation is that this will be in the summer at the earliest. Meanwhile, discussions are also continuing regarding a social plan.

First and foremost, we would like to thank our members for the clear signal that has been given. The petition has made it visible how widely this topic is felt among employees. That signal has been important in the continuation of the discussions.
The management has indicated that they have received the message from the petition and wish to take into account the views expressed therein. That is an important signal.
At the same time, the discussions regarding the collective labour agreement are not yet concluded. Nor is it expected that there will be any clarity on this in the short term. This therefore requires a little more patience.
In the meantime, we will continue to discuss a social plan. At that point, we may be able to take steps sooner.
