In preparation for the consultations, an online staff meeting was held on 28 October, followed by an online members' meeting. During these meetings, trade unions explained and elaborated on the current situation.
During these meetings and in the subsequent feedback, it has become clear to us that a large number of employees cannot agree with the current proposals.

We also provided this signal to Aegon in the same way during the last meeting.
Aegon has received the message and will deliberate. The next meeting is scheduled for Friday 7th November, where Aegon will provide a response. We will update you again on Monday 10th November.
Membership
