At the end of June, negotiations for a new collective labour agreement were paused. These will be continued on 16 and 23 September. To prepare ourselves well for the continuation of the negotiations, we are asking members with a Complete or Extra membership not only to give their opinion on the negotiations so far but also on the two most important components, namely salary and duration.

Survey
Members with a Complete or Extra membership will have received an invitation to complete the survey. With which combination of salary and term do you think we can reach a conclusion after the summer? You will be given a number of options to choose from. It would help us greatly if you would complete the survey and give us a direction. Especially because the differences between parties are still quite large, particularly concerning salary and term.
As it is also holiday season, we will keep the survey open for a longer period. We would appreciate your response by 28 August 2026, so that we also have some time to process it.

In addition to this survey, we are working with the leadership group during the summer to further prepare the substantive topics that are open for discussion. We are still active, but more on that later.

In your collective agreement, we’ve reached an arrangement with the bank regarding free membership of the De Unie trade union. If you join for free now, you can contribute directly to the new collective agreement. So do join – that way, you’ll at least have a real say. Of course, your membership is confidential; we never share personal data with employers.
