CLA negotiations
The Dutch Association of Insurers sits at the table on behalf of the employers during the negotiations. De Unie represents the employees together with the other unions. In order to achieve balanced employment conditions in the collective labor agreement, it is important that both employers and employees are well represented. These negotiations have now been completed.

De Unie always does its work in consultation with the members within the insurance companies. During negotiations about your collective labor agreement, your pension scheme, but also with any social plans, members have influence and, if an agreement is reached, members can also vote.
