New ground for dismissal: cumulation of grounds for dismissal
If an employer wishes to have the employment contract terminated by the subdistrict court, he must have a full-length, well-substantiated file. This file must be substantiated on the grounds for dismissal put forward. If the employer has several reasons for firing you, he must compile a file on each reason. This will soon be different. The various dismissal reasons may be combined. This makes it easier to get the employment contract terminated.
