De Unie is directly involved in the Plastics, Rubber and Glue Industry in the Netherlands as a CBA party. We represent the interests of employees by conducting early and regular consultations. De Unie plays an important role in the drafting of the collective labor agreement and other employment conditions schemes. These are leading in many respects and an example for other organizations in the Netherlands.
