What do we do for you?

But we also help you on an individual level, whether you are covered by a collective labor agreement or not. For example, by checking your terms of employment or thinking along with you. That way you know exactly what you are entitled to.
Partner leave in the Netherlands
As a brand new partner, you will receive five days of leave from 1 January 2019. Too little, thinks De Unie. That is why we are very proud that we have established longer partner leave in the collective labor agreements of organizations such as ING, RTL Nederland, APG and Rabobank. On a collective level, we will continue to fight for an appropriate leave period of at least ten days. And we are not alone: in the European Parliament they agreed on the same leave period on January 24, 2019. Our job? Make sure it is implemented as soon as possible.
