On Friday 1 October have De Unie and the other trade unions reached a negotiated result with Zorgverzekeraars Nederland about a new pension scheme and collective labor agreement. This was followed by the vote by the members of until 20 noon on Wednesday 12.00 October De Unie about the results on both subjects.

Voting result
The members of De Unie have largely agreed with the negotiated result achieved on pension and collective labor agreement. The members of the other trade unions have also agreed. The negotiated result has thus become final.
Continuation
Now that there is a positive result, the pension fund will ensure that the new pension scheme is ready for you as of 1 January 2022. You will of course also receive a new text for the 2021/2022 collective labor agreement for health insurers as soon as possible.
