Preparation 7th round of negotiations

The delegations of the trade unions work well together. For example, the three union leaders and executives jointly prepare each round of negotiations. On the agenda of the 16e March includes the 'homework' of employers and trade unions about the position of flex workers, entry scales for young people, hybrid work and leave savings. It is also the last scheduled round, so the question is whether we will work it out together. In itself we are quite far, but there are still a few hard nuts to crack, including the wage increase. To be continued next week.

Noise from the workplace

During the previous round of negotiations, executives from the three unions handed over Aedes'The sound of the workplace† Aedes then received it but did not respond to it substantively. We are curious about the response of Aedes and the way in which they translate the noise from the workplace into their collective labor agreement. In the meantime, you can discuss the document with your colleagues, works council and/or director/director. I, advocate Emanuel Geurts, am sure that there will be recognition and you can have a good conversation about it.

Housing services manual

Where are we now in the modernization process of the Residential Services Job Classification Handbook? You can read more about this in the 13 questions and answers that the parties to the collective agreement have drawn up in this regard.

Social planning

The agreed social plan to accompany the unbundling of Vestia as of 1 January 2023 has been adopted by the members of the trade unions. For the intended quality improvement of Haag Wonen, the three trade unions have reached a social plan with the board, HR and Works Council as listeners. The members of the trade unions will soon receive an invitation to cast their vote.
