De Unie agrees an ongoing social plan with VGZ to have a provision for the situation that your employer wants to implement a reorganization. A negotiation result for a new social plan was reached in 2020. You can control the negotiation result here .

To vote
It's up to the members of De Unie to determine whether this social plan is being realized. The other trade unions also present the negotiation result to their supporters. De Uniemembers can vote until January 26, 2021 at 12.00:XNUMX noon. De Unie submits the negotiation result to the members with a positive advice.

In your CLA, we have agreed with VGZ that employees of VGZ who become a member for the first time De Unie, get paid by VGZ for the first year. You will therefore not receive an invoice, we will arrange that directly with VGZ and your membership will stop automatically after one year. As a member you have direct voting rights and you can therefore participate in decisions about the new social plan. Register quickly!
