Your purchasing power has come under considerable pressure in recent months. Due to the price increases of the basic necessities of life – food, drink, warmth and a roof over your head – many people are running out of savings. Colleagues at the UWV may also be in this situation.
We therefore think it is important that we quickly reach a collective agreement with UWV. A substantial salary increase is now more than ever welcome.
Deployment of De Unie for the UWV collective labor agreement
You can read our proposal letter here read. We are asking for a substantial salary increase, which we think is justified now that purchasing power is being eroded. Other important points for attention for these collective labor agreements are:
- the expense allowances for travel and working from home
- agreements to be able to allocate functions more fairly
Start collective labor agreement
The collective labor agreement negotiations will start on October 27, 2022. You will receive a report from us shortly after this consultation. We think it is important that members are well informed. This gives you the opportunity to think along with us and to inform your colleagues, for example.
