Results of the collective labor agreement vote
The members of De Unie have made a statement about the negotiation result for the insurance companies industry collective agreement. A large majority of the members have agreed to this collective labor agreement. The members also voted predominantly in favor of the employers and other trade unions. This is how the industry collective agreement insurance companies came about.

The agreed collective labor agreement is in line with national employment conditions developments. The agreed wage increase of 1% as of February 2021, 1,5 and of 1% as of July 2021, 0,75 is according to De Unie a good appointment. In addition, the parties to the collective labor agreement have made agreements on, among other things, a scheme for the early retirement of personnel and a framework for working independently of time and place.
By concluding a collective labor agreement, there is clarity and peace in the sector in terms of employment conditions for the year 2021.
