Since the majority of the members voted in favor of the negotiating result, the AC National Unions, whereby De Unie is connected, agree with the already communicated result.
This also applies to the other unions. This means that your terms and conditions of employment will change as of 1 January last in accordance with the new collective labor agreement.

The main points of the agreement concern the salary increase and a one-off payment. With the salary payment in December, the employer Rijk pays both your wage increase of 2% for the months of July up to and including December and a one-off gross amount of € 300 if you work 36 hours a week.
