In three successive joint members' meetings, a large majority of the members present voted in favor of the negotiation result and the additional agreements to the social plan. However, the critical voices have also been heard. They keep us on our toes for the next negotiations, which will of course be on the agenda again in the first half of next year.

The importance of a membership
You know that working conditions do not develop on their own. These should be improved from year to year in consultation and by mutual consent. Members' involvement is necessary to monitor the quality of employment conditions. In any case, legal expenses insurance is not at the negotiating table.
