Royal Philips: Members' consultation final offer CLA

In recent months, we have held extensive and intensive consultations with the employer about the content of a new collective labor agreement. Unfortunately, it has not led to a negotiation result that all parties agree with.
Ultimately, the employer has made a final offer De Unie submitted. read here the final offer. This means that the employer does not want to negotiate further.
In addition to the wage section, you can De Unie do agree with a number of other subjects such as informal care, maternity leave, sustainable employability and the Generation Pact. These are all points that have been put forward by the employees as important aspects for the improvement of the terms of employment, in which most of our wishes have been honored.
We did not agree with Philips in particular on the wage increase in salaries. De Unie had bet at 3,5% on an annual basis, but Philips has not accepted that. There is now a wage offer of 3% as of 1 September 2018 and 2% as of 1 October 2019. The duration of the collective labor agreement is 22 months, from 1 January 2018 to 31 October 2019.
The members of De Unie have received an invitation to vote.
Should a majority of de Uniemembers do not accept this final offer, we will immediately afterwards hold a three-quarter meeting to identify the members' willingness to take action.
In order to answer any questions from the members, the trade unions involved with Philips jointly organized information meetings for the members.
